Beach Road Golf Estates Community Development District
The Beach Road Golf Estates Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on March 21, 2008 by the City Council of the City of Bonita Springs, Florida Ordinance No. 08-03, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Beach Road Golf Estates CDD encompasses an area of approximately 657.59 acres in the City of Bonita Springs, Lee County, Florida, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. The land within the District is generally located north of Lee/Collier County line at the present eastern terminus of the Bonita Beach Road SE and west of the Beach Road Golf Estates Community Development District.
